Particularly good and perfect location - within short walking distance to everywhere we needed. Every staff member was absolutely excellent and efficient. Had a nice size room with a sofa bed, and we couldn't ask for more.

Everything was brand-new, favourable location very close to the State Fair of Texas, and many other retail stores and restaurants, exceptionally wonderful staff. They gave me comfortable and impeccable room with love seat, comfortable beds and dresser. I greatly enjoyed the breakfast, the food was good.

Appreciated this economical hotel, couldn't recommend more. Kind staff and favourable location for a stop over at night, everything was brand-new. Location: the property was right by the State Fair of Texas as well as Dallas for medical reasons. And it was not very far from El Pollo Regio, ate there couple of times. The room was perfect and good with 2 double beds, love seat, dresser, at least for me. A huge variety of food for breakfast, which was good to satisfy everyone...

Sausage and pancakes available. Clean room with minor damages. Fire alarm system taped together. Torn curtains and difficult-to-rehang shower system. Initial construction issues with peeling wallpaper and shower wall.

This hotel is conveniently located near Fair Park, perfect for attending events in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. The rooms are clean, bright, and spacious, with all the basic needs met. The breakfast area is well laid out, spotless, and well stocked, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel also offers ample parking, a bonus in the highly congested neighborhood.

There were some issues with maintenance, including a water leak causing damage and mold in the bathroom.

We also enjoyed the convenience of having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room, allowing us to store and heat up our own snacks. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the freeway and different parts of the city. It made it convenient for us to explore various attractions and restaurants during our romantic escape.

The lady who checked us in lacked warmth and didn't have good interpersonal skills. Despite requesting a room on a higher floor, we were told there was none available.
